memurlar\u0131m\u0131zca imzalanmayaca\u011f\u0131 hususu, T\u00fcrkiye`nin Avrupa Birli\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki di\u011fer serbest \/ tercihli ticaret anla\u015fmas\u0131 ortaklar\u0131na 09.06.2020 tarihli ve 54857040 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131m\u0131zla iletilmi\u015ftir. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=Default><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",\"sans-serif\";color:black'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Konuya ili\u015fkin olarak Ticaret M\u00fc\u015favirliklerimiz \/ Ata\u015feliklerimiz ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde, baz\u0131 \u00fclkelere yap\u0131lan ihracata y\u00f6nelik MEDOS \u00fczerinden d\u00fczenlenen men\u015fe ispat belgelerinin g\u00fcmr\u00fck vize kutusunun baz\u0131 g\u00fcmr\u00fck idarelerimizce \u0131slak olarak imzalanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funa dair tespitleri payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 firmalarca Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan, g\u00fcmr\u00fck idarelerimizin belgeleri \u0131slak olarak imzalamalar\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde taleplerde bulunulmaktad\u0131r. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MEDOS \u00fczerinden d\u00fczenlenen belgelerin \u0131slak olarak imzalanmamas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde i\u015flem tesis edilmesi, ilgili t\u00fcm birimlerle dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lmak suretiyle karara var\u0131lan ulusal bir uygulama olup istisnas\u0131z bir \u015fekilde yerine getirilmesi gerekmektedir.
